新萊采用自動化的清洗系統，使真空管配件能達到 16 -18m ega 的清潔標準。半導體設備使用一連串的控制化學電解槽清洗後，加用解離子水清洗，用熱風吹 乾 後，並於 無塵 室進行封裝。我們引進美國的電動研磨設備以確保新萊的産品如同美國制的品質水准。

King Lai is established in 1991 in Taichung , Taiwan , as a manufacturer for stainless steel sanitary fittings and valves commonly use in Dairy, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical industries. With the increasing demands for components and fittings in vacuum applications, King Lai has expanded its product lines to serve market demand in 1995. King Lai standard products include high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum flanges, components, fittings, and valves. To keep a keen competition for our customers in the worldwide market, we expand our production lines to Shanghai , China , in 2000. King Lai's automatic cleaning systems with de-ionized water are able to maintain a cleanliness standard of 16-18 Meg a Ω . To better serve the semiconductor industry, King Lai has imported state of the art surface finish systems with world class cleaning systems and clean room. Our goal is to serve our customers with the highest quality products with the most affordable prices.
