摘要:斯特林制冷机是一种较为复杂的机电一体化产品,调试过程对制冷机的性能影响较为明显,文章介绍了一种应用于斯特林制冷机调试过程的测控仪,叙述了测控仪的总体电路,重点介绍了与调试过程相关的电路单元,如功能设置、频率调控、幅度调控以及参数显示等,测控仪将供电、测量、参数调控、驱动控制及参数显示集成与一体,与传统的采用专用电源和计算机软件进行调试的方法相比,具有体积小、连接以及操作简单、直观、携带方便的特点,在制冷机的调试过程中得到了较好的应用。

Abstract:Stirling cryocooler is a complex mechanics and electric product. It’ s debug process will take effect on the performance of cryocooler. This paper introduced the measurement and control instrument that is used in debug of stirling cryocooler. It also introduced the total circuit of instrument and circuit unit that correlative with debug,such as function set,frequency control,amplitude control and parameter display,etc. The instrument is integrated with function of power measurement,parameter adjustment,drive control and parameter display. The debug instrument is characterized by small bulk,simple linking and operation and pocket,while comparing with conventional debug means by specialized power and computer software. The instrument has obtained better application in debug of stirling cryocooler.
