Customer Services for Export Business

岗位职责 Job Descriptions：
1. 熟练使用工作相关的业务平台包括公司 OA 系统，网易全球搜，第三方邮件系统；
Utilize skillfully all business related office tools such as OA, global search, third party email portal.

2. 运用公司信息平台，分析整理数据，通过营销方式，获取客户信息后积级开发客户；
Make good use of company information sources in terms of collecting data, marketing, and developing new customers.

3. 定期维护管理 CRM 系统中的常规客户、现有客户和沉睡客户，根据销售目标通过沟通联系如电话、邮件、即时通讯工具等落实相应的营销措施；
Take care of regular customers, existing customers and zombie customers. Adjust your way of communication via phone calls, emails, social media etc. in accordance with reasonable marketing strategy.

4. 熟悉外贸流程并能熟练操作，包括但不限于制定客户购买合同、协助完成客户付款、安排订单生产、跟踪物流运输、以及整个过程与客户的有效沟通；
Be familiar with export business flowcharts and operations, including but not limited to dealing with customer purchasing contracts, assisting customer payments, arranging order production, following up logistics and transportation and effectively communicating with customers during the whole process.

5. 处理售后问题以及客户投诉：通过详细了解客户的应用习惯和特点，及时根据实际情况，协调公司内部资源，合理高效地解决客户的问题；
Be capable of offering after-sales service and answering customer complaints. He/she should understand well the product application features, therefore he/she can quickly coordinate company resources and efficiently respond to customer’s feedback under circumstances.

6. 保持与客户、内部同事、相关合作方的准确、有效和完整的交流；记录并存档客户沟通记录、客户信息及文档。
Regularly communicate with customers, internal coworkers and other relative partners with accurate, valid and complete information. Record and file customer communications, account information and documents.

7. 完成其他上级指定的任务。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by your superior.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：
1. 有客户服务代表的工作经验的优先； Proven customer support experience is preferred
2. 很强的沟通能力和倾听技巧；Strong communication skill and active listening
3. 熟练使用 CRM 和办公软件 Office； Familiarity with CRM systems and office software
4. 以客户为导向、有耐心、有韧性 Customer orientation and ability to adapt
5. 大学专科及以上文凭。 College diploma and above
